- I sang in a barbershop quartet,
Extra Cheese (pic), in the
Boston area. Two of those guys, Mike and Dave, later sang with
Five O'Clock Shadow, a "six man
vocal band." Mike, second from the left,
sings with Dick Van Dyke in a quartet called
The Vanatastix. Dave and
Bob, the two on the right, sing with
For Sentimental Reasons.

The MIT Gilbert and Sullivan Players is where I stumbled into my
first theater experiences, and where I made many of the above
friendships. Also, read
my favorite
review, from the MIT paper. Skip to the second paragraph. I paid
that reviewer handsomely.
- I have also acted in plays with the
MIT community
players.
- Karen and Erik
Mueller-Harder, who I met doing Gilbert and Sullivan at MIT,
now live all the way in Cabot, Vermont.
The photo from the previous page was from Karen and Erik's wedding.

Mike Huben's Critiques of Libertarianism. Mike is a former
co-worker when we both worked at
CenterLine Software. He has
put together a great page tweeking the nose of libertarians on the
net. I particularly like the link to the Mother Jones article,
Cyberselfish,
which the author just informed me has been turned into
book of the same title.
