A Christmas Eve photo in Warwick.
Suitable for a desktop background.
Washington D.C. is a great city to visit if you have a dog in tow.
...I have been given their trust.
Built from two photos with Arc Software's PanaramaMaker.
One of my first pictures with the Nikon Coolpix 4500.
Altered with some charcoal on the trees and building.
A bit of Photoshop's "Chalk and Charcoal" mixed with the original gives a dark and stormy look to the image.
Taken from the table level.
Thanksgiving, 2002. Desaturated blues to bring out the dark greens, reds, and browns in the foreground. It took me a while to figure out why I kept re-examining this picture - look at the way the back vertical line of the central chair line up with the "spaces" in the slats on the deck outside. A complete accident, but it gives the picture a strong geometric center.
A flag placed in a somewhat ominous position, at my local Star Market. Desaturated the yellows and greens to simplify the colors in the picture - emphasizing the red, white, and blue.
On an odd snowy October day. Composed of four photographs, with ArcSoftware's PanaramaMaker 3.0. This is the first time I've used this program, and it worked very well - quite cool.
October snow day at Quabbin Reservoir.
